Where's the thumbs up/down on yahoo answers mobile?

I'm using my samsung captivate with android 2.2 with the stock browser and i don't know if it's just my phone. I want the thumbs up/down on yahoo answers mobile badly. This new version of the site is awesome other than that feature i see missing.
