What's a good phone to buy?

I'm looking for a new phone and these are the reqs
-Android 2.2 (or w/e runs flash)
-at least 3.2MP camera
-3G
-external memory space
-it has to be fast, no hanging whatsoever, and it has to have a good browser

I'm willing to spend about $300~

Edit: it also has to be wifi capable; it has to be android---i dnw a blackberry or iphone
