Revert Droid Incredible to stock?

Here's my situation:
My Droid Incredible shipped with Android 2.2. I rooted the phone and installed a custom ROM, but I was too stupid to first do a nandroid backup. So the ROM isn't working so well and I'd like to revert back to stock 2.2, just like the way it came out of the box. I tried clearing storage in recovery but all it did was give me a fresh install of the ROM.
