Will android 2.2 fix droid x bugs?

there are a lot of glitches like it powering off by itself. on launcher pro when i try to resize a widget the phone freezes for like 30 seconds(and i know ppl who hav launcher pro and say it doesnt give them problems on other phones) some components of the screen, like the slider, will be in landscape mode when everything isnt, my phone freezes for no reason, i dont get 3g in alot of areas, yeah my phone is f*cked up.will 2.2 fix this or should i get an htc incredible. also the speaker is very l
